Yes, our cheesecakes are halal. They do not contain any alcohol, pork, or gelatine — only cream cheese, cream, sugar, and eggs.

Yes! All our cheesecakes are suitable for vegetarians. The ingredients are cream cheese, cream, sugar, and eggs.

Yes — all dairy ingredients (cream and cheese) are pasteurised, making them safe for pregnant women.

Never heat the cheesecake. It should be served cold. For the best texture, take it out of the fridge about one hour before serving.

No more than 1–2 hours, and always keep it away from direct sunlight or heat. It’s best to refrigerate it as soon as possib

Yes, you can freeze it and defrost it one day before serving. The flavour will remain the same, but the texture will be denser than when freshly made.

We don’t recommend it, as the cheesecake is very delicate. Some customers have done it successfully, but please note it may arrive slightly damaged.

We don’t make bespoke cakes or add toppings, but we can accommodate larger order sizes for special occasions.

Unfortunately, no — due to the delicate nature of our cheesecakes, we only deliver within London.

Yes, we can deliver outside the M25, but orders must be placed at least two days in advance.

Yes, our shops deliver every day during opening hours.

Of course! We deliver within a 4-mile radius of our shops. The best way to check is to enter your postcode on the ordering page.
If you’re within range but still having trouble checking out, make sure your address format matches (e.g. try “apartment” instead of “flat”).

The daily cut-off time for pre-orders is 4:00 pm.

Connaught Street and Soho have limited seating (4 inside, 8 outside).
Greenwich has a larger seating area.
